Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SolBTL platform, including all associated applications, services, and content. By using SolBTL, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the platform operator. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using SolBTL in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement takes effect upon your first use of the platform and remains in effect for the duration of your use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SolBTL. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in skill-based wagering activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of SolBTL complies with the laws applicable to you. SolBTL does not make representations regarding the legality of the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet and any credentials associated with your SolBTL account. This includes safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. All activity conducted through your wallet or account is considered authorized by you.

SolBTL does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them if they are lost. You acknowledge that the loss of wallet credentials may result in the permanent and irreversible loss of access to your funds and account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use SolBTL only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate gameplay outcomes through unauthorized means
  • Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors for personal advantage
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of platform abuse
  • Interfering with the operation, availability, or integrity of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction

SolBTL reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

5. Blockchain Transactions

Certain gameplay actions and financial interactions within SolBTL are executed as transactions on the Solana blockchain. These transactions are publicly visible and irreversible once confirmed by the network. SolBTL does not have the ability to reverse, modify, or cancel confirmed blockchain transactions.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transaction details before confirming them. By initiating a blockchain transaction through the platform, you accept full responsibility for its outcome.

6. Wagering Risks

SolBTL allows players to place wagers on competitive matches. Wagering carries inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit to a match. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

All participation in wagered matches is voluntary. You should only wager amounts you are prepared to lose. SolBTL is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay.

7. Platform Availability

SolBTL strives to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

SolBTL reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time. Access may also be restricted to comply with regulatory requirements or to address security concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, content, and materials associated with SolBTL are the property of the platform operator or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the application code, visual assets, logos, and documentation.

Your use of SolBTL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This license does not convey any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolBTL and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from gameplay or wagering activity
  • Failures, delays, or congestion on the Solana blockchain network
  • Loss of funds due to compromised wallets, lost private keys, or device security failures
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Termination

SolBTL may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute-related clauses — will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

SolBTL may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
