SolBTL respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of the platform to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property is handled on the SolBTL platform, the rights granted to users, and the procedures available to copyright owners who believe their work has been infringed.

The SolBTL platform and all associated materials are owned by SolBTL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Platform software and source code
  • Game logic and mechanics
  • Graphics, visual assets, and animations
  • Branding, logos, and trademarks
  • Design assets and user interface elements
  • Documentation, guides, and written content

Use of the SolBTL platform does not transfer or convey any ownership rights in any platform content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Limited License to Use the Platform

By accessing SolBTL, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for personal gameplay and other lawful purposes consistent with these policies. This license does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform source code or compiled software

  • Distribute, sublicense, or make available any proprietary materials from the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software

Any use beyond what is expressly permitted requires prior written authorization from SolBTL.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may submit or create content while using the platform, including usernames, profile information, gameplay-related content, and community messages. You retain ownership of any original content you create and submit to SolBTL.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant SolBTL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and maintain the platform. This license exists solely for the purpose of providing the SolBTL service and does not extend beyond that scope.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Content that violates the rights of others may be removed without notice.

4. Copyright Infringement

SolBTL respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law. If we receive a properly submitted notice alleging copyright infringement, we may take action including removing or disabling access to the material in question and, in appropriate circumstances, suspending or terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. DMCA Takedown Process

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one and believe that material on the SolBTL platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. Your notice should include the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the material you believe to be infringing, including its location on the platform
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Takedown notices should be sent to nayyir.jutha@gmail.com.

6. Counter Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification should include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same contact address listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, SolBTL will follow the procedures required by applicable law, which may include restoring the removed material.

7. Changes to This Policy

SolBTL may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
